This always happens to me.  I think I’m so smart with my shortcut shenanigans until I get to the next problem that builds on the first. 

So- if you were able to bring the part in as an assembly or a correctly oriented part (as shown in “Part 2” of my demonstration of Question1 in the CSWP Drawing), this is a relatively easy exercise.  All that is needed is to create a projected view and then make a measurement.

The resultant section view can be placed anywhere. If your only goal is to get the right angle than it really does not matter the location, or even the placement of the section line. The measurement will be the same regardless. This brings up a good point – as good as the certification exams are they do not prove complete knowledge but they do go a long ways.
